OCCU Member Update - UPDATE BRANCH LOBBIES HAVE REOPENED AS OF JUNE 9TH

We have made the very difficult decision to temporarily restrict branch services and public accessibility in order to reduce the far-reaching effects and impact of COVID-19. The health and welfare of our employees and members is our top priority. As a result, beginning Wednesday March 18th drive-thru windows (where available) will remain open. All branch lobbies will change to appointment only for member visits for services that cannot be accomplished via drive-thru, online or by phone. These services  may include: Safe Deposit Box access, Notary Public, or certain document signings. We also encourage our members to utilize any of the full range of remote services we offer; On-line banking, OCCU mobile app, ATMs, Night drop, and OCCU Call Center.

We are closely following guidelines laid out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) to respond to this potential threat and have encouraged our employees to review CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of disease. We have taken additional precautions to protect employees and members, such as accessing remote meeting technology and eliminating most business travel.

Branch Hours and Access

At this time all branch lobbies are closed. Depending on the branch, we are offering DRIVE-THRU WINDOWS, ATMs and NIGHT DROP DEPOSITORIES.  Branches with Drive-Thru Windows are open normal hours and are offering expanded services including debit and credit card pickup (where available). Night Drop deposits will be posted throughout the day. If you have an urgent need that cannot be performed using the services listed above please contact us at 1 (360) 426-9701 or 1 (800) 426-5657 and we will work with you to find a solution.
