A Message from President and CEO Bert Fisher on the COVID-19 Outbreak
To our OCCU members and families,
OCCU is committed to both our community’s financial well-being and the physical / health well-being of those same communities. The recent COVID-19 outbreak has increased our awareness and need to remain diligent, in our hygiene efforts, to ensure the health and safety of our members, our employees and the communities we serve. All of OCCU branches are on a schedule for regular cleaning and sanitizing. We have increased the frequency of the cleaning and sanitizing in all areas, especially those areas of high traffic and contact.
OCCU is also following the published guidelines from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) that includes, but are not limited to, the following:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially when in public areas or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
- Avoid close contact with people that are sick
- Stay home if you are sick
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or the inside of your elbow when you cough and sneeze (wash your hands immediately afterwards)
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas often
Currently OCCU is keeping normal business hours at all locations and we will update the website and other social media avenues if anything changes. Please don’t forget about OCCU’s other options for accessing your account:
- Digital Banking through Online and the OCCU Mobile App
- Mobile Check Deposit
