OCCU Lobby Updates

The Health of Our Community is #1

To ensure the safety of our members and staff and to follow CDC and Washington State reopening guidelines all OCCU branches will be operating under reduced capacity guidelines. In order to meet these guidelines OCCU will need to monitor and limit our lobby traffic, meeting the needs of both scheduled appointments and walk-in traffic. If you do not have an appointment you may be asked to wait outside the branch until a staff member is available to assist you. We will not be offering coffee service, public restrooms or waiting areas in our lobbies at this time.

Our employees are essential workers, and we consider you, our members, essential as well. For everyone’s protection, germ guards have been installed at all work stations. In accordance with Washington State guidelines, masks are required to enter our facilities, you will be asked to remove it briefly for identification purposes upon entering the buildings. We also ask that you utilize our hand sanitation station and follow the 6 feet apart guidelines which will be indicated by floor stickers.
