OCCU COVID-19 Update

To our OCCU Members,

Just like you, OCCU is monitoring and adapting to the changing COVID-19 landscape. The daily member experience is one of our Core Values; People helping People. The COVID-19 situation has caused us to adjust our member contact to drive-thru only, by limiting the levels of personal contact (as suggested by the CDC). We are keeping the best interest of our employees and our members as a top priority. OCCU’s goal is to be diligent and work extremely hard to maintain the high level of service our members are so accustomed to. Please know this, the commitment, the passion and the pride, in our work, remains our driving force. Even though it may appear slightly different during these challenging times. I THANK YOU, in advance, as we work through this challenge together.

I encourage all of our members to stay connected through a variety of options; namely, the OCCU COVID -19 Resources & Support page, and OCCU Digital Online and Mobile banking. Here, you will find the most recent updates and the latest news of what your credit union is doing to provide relief services to our members, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Presently made available are the latest, up to date, State and Federal health and safety recommendations. We have listed emergency services that include, but are not limited to, emergency loans for as low as 4%, skip-a-pay options, loan consolidation, loan modification, no fee for cash advances on VISA, alternatives to payday lending, budgeting help, locations of our 30,000 in- network ATMs etc. and much more.

OCCU continues to support many aspects of the community through increased donations, volunteer hours and supporting local restaurants with take-out orders and much more. We know these are challenging times for everyone. Please know OCCU’s priority is the health and safety of our employees, our members and the communities we serve. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work, together, through these challenging times.

I also want to thank our wonderful, dedicated employees, our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee for their dedication and commitment to serving and supporting our membership and the communities we are a part of. They have all played a vital role in establishing safety standards early on in this outbreak.
