What technology improvements are coming in 2020?

We are consolidating our online banking and mobile app into one platform accessible over multiple devices.

What are some features of this new platform?

Besides a new look and feel you will only need one username and password to view and transact on all of your OCCU accounts! You will also be able to block and unblock your OCCU debit and credit cards.

When in 2020 can I expect to see these improvements?

These improvements will go live on Tuesday January 21st.

Will I have to do anything to take advantage of these new features?

Yes, you will be required to enroll on the new platform.  OCCU enrollment instructions now available!  The new digital banking platforms will be available for use January 21st!

Will I be able to continue accessing my current mobile app or online banking?

You will no longer be able to access your current online banking or mobile app as of January 17th 2020.  We will go live with the new platform on Tuesday January 21st.

Will I have to re-enroll into bill pay?

No, your current bill pay account will continue to be available upon enrollment into the new platform!
